Our Story

Hudson & Scioto Capital was founded to bring order to a portfolio that had grown property by property, each one held in its own LLC. The name reflects the two places at the center of the firm: New York, home, and Columbus, Ohio, where the investing happens.

The holding company now sits above four rental properties, providing a single point of oversight, financing, and strategy as the firm looks to grow the portfolio further in the years ahead.
